From our Customer

At the planning stage for our trip to Egypt, my husband and I used this mass email thing and it flooded my inbox with replies from different tour operators and companies, Aladin tours was one of the very first to reply and caught my attention with the personal touch, which we recognised in almost everything they did. Unlike many operators sending automatic replies and links to their websites, they simply sent the itinerary we wanted, we discussed details, and we were ready to go. We really appreciated how laidback and easy going everything was. The only thing I can say is that everything was A LOT BETTER THAN EXPECTED, arrangements, guides, hotels, drivers...etc, everything is just TOP NOTCH. Would highly recommend Aladin tours.

I just got back from my trip to Egypt, and I am so delighted that I found and used Aladin Adventure Tours to help me customise and personalise my whole trip.

Every driver was punctual and friendly, every hotel was clean and wonderful, every recommended restaurant was great and every tour was superb.

I could write an entire novel about how amazing my trip was. I have very high expectations in general so if your travelling to Egypt any time soon....use this company....you will not regret it!

I also stayed at the owners hotel in Luxor, called the Nefertiti Hotel, and out of all the other hotels I stayed at in Egypt, I felt the most relaxed and at home there.... such a friendly family that run this business and Aladin, the owner of the company, is such a genuine person..... and his company's ethics really reflect that.

It was like a home away from home.... and that's the safety every tourist needs to feel!

Visiting Egypt was something we had dreamed about all our lives, and Aladdin Tours made our week a truly enjoyable experience.

I recommend that you plan all your excursions in Luxor with Aladdin Tours. Omar arranged our tours according to our schedule, and what we wanted to see. Luxor has so many attractions, and he offers so many different tours to choose from. The transportation he provided was professional, air conditioned, and our driver expertly maneuvered the traffic in Luxor. Our Egyptologist was able to answer all of our questions, and he provided us with the history we needed to appreciate Egypt's temples, tombs, and pyramids.

Our tour included a lunch, and Maro Restaurant was on the banks of the Nile, offering a relaxing experience with awesome views.

Omar's attention to detail provided us with a safe, stress free holiday while visiting a foreign country. We highly recommend Aladdin Tours, Omar, and his excellent staff.

Dear Mr. Aladin,

As you know, I organized a group of thirteen Americans who just returned from a nineteen-day visit to Egypt arranged by your travel agency. This letter is to give you my reactions and impressions of our days in your country.

This visit was my third to Egypt so I have a background on which to base my reactions. Since the sights of Egypt are unparalleled anywhere else in the world, visitors to the country are never disappointed with their visits to the pyramids, temples, and museums of ancient Egypt. I also think that aspects of contemporary Egypt, such as the cities, the Suez Canal, and the World War II battlefield at al-Alamein, are extremely interesting and worthy of attention.

I am going to organize my remarks around these topics: guides and tour operator, food, transportation, and lodging. We had three guides, Mohamed Bahaa in Alexandria and Cairo; another Muhammad in Upper Egypt, and Hamdi for our day at the Suez Canal. As a group they were extremely accommodating and helpful, not only in their performance at the points of interest but in other situations as well. In Alexandria, for instance, Mohamed Bahaa went out of his way to insure that we had a pleasant evening experience. He showed us a nice coffee/drink establishment near our hotel, took our order for pizzas, and walked to a nearby pizza take-out place to get them for us. This sort of helpfulness was characteristic of our guides throughout our stay in Egypt. At the temples, pyramids, etc. they all did their best to give us historical and informational highlights of each attraction.

Our travel director, Mohammad Shawky Mostafa (Mido), was with us the entire time we were in Egypt. He met us at the airport in Cairo on June 1, took us back to the airport in the very early morning of June 19th, and looked after us every day in between. He worked tremendously hard and diligently to ensure that everything went smoothly. For instance, Mido always had stamps for us to buy, converted American dollars into Egyptian pounds, and insured that there were bottles of water in the bus. When we mentioned to him that we needed more rest breaks, he very obligingly made sure that we got them. All thirteen of us saw quite a lot of these efforts, but I suspect that what we did not see in person took up much more time and effort from Mido than what we did see.

The food was excellent. Of course we had breakfast at our hotel. The restaurants to which Mido took us were uniformly very good. There was always a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Several of us did appreciate that in almost all of the restaurants, some traditional Egyptian food was available.

We had uniformly good drivers. Several of them were outstanding in their driving ability, helpfulness, and friendliness. I want to particularly single out the driver we had in Cairo and Alexandria, Salah, as being exemplary in every regard. The train ride from Cairo to Aswan was interesting and a different sort of traveling experience. I particularly enjoyed our days on the Nile cruise boat. The ride was smooth, the service was good, and the food was great.

I was happy with all of our hotels in the Nile valley. The Cosmopolitan's location in central Cairo was a huge plus as we were able to walk to shops, the Nile, and in my case, I walked one morning to the campus of the American University in Cairo to visit the bookstore. The art deco style of the Cosmopolitan was an endearing feature as was the friendliness of the hotel personnel. The Lotus Hotel in Luxor was particularly nice and I only wish that we could have stayed there another night or two.

All in all, the thirteen of us in our group were quite happy with the arrangements of Aladin Tours. I would certainly highly recommend your tour services to anyone who requested my opinion. Our nineteen days in Egypt were fascinating, enjoyable, informative, and unforgettable. Much of that is due to the personnel of Aladin Tours.

Hello Omar –

We had a great time and saw so many wonderful sites. I don't think we could have visited half that many without your help. We waited to the last minute to plan the trip and you really came through for us.

Thanks,
Jim Fitch
