Using this website

Please provide accurate contact and traveller details when sending a request or booking. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its forms, security features, availability information, or other services.

Room descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose. Room features may differ by room type; review the details for the room you select and ask us if an item or arrangement is important to your stay.

Room availability and reservations

Availability and rates are checked for the dates, room type, number of rooms, adults and children you select. Availability can change until a booking is completed. The displayed booking total is for all rooms and nights shown in your booking summary, in US dollars (USD).

Each direct online booking covers the selected number of rooms which may include different room types, with adults and children assigned to each room. During checkout, the selected rooms are held for up to 20 minutes while you complete payment. A direct online reservation is confirmed after successful payment, and the hotel sends confirmation by email. If payment succeeds but the room needs review, the hotel will contact you to resolve the reservation; please do not submit payment a second time.

For a request made by email, phone, or another booking channel, follow the confirmation and conditions provided by that channel. Sending an enquiry or special request alone does not confirm a reservation.

Prices and payment

Prices on the direct booking page are shown in USD. Review the room, travel dates, guest count and total before continuing to payment. If the details or availability change before payment is completed, the hotel may ask you to check the updated offer before proceeding.

Online payment is completed on the PayFort hosted payment page. The payment provider may display its own terms and privacy information during checkout. Your booking confirmation is sent to the email address you provide; contact us if it does not arrive or if you need help identifying a transaction.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

This website does not publish one standard cancellation fee or refund period for every direct booking. Before paying, contact the hotel if you need the cancellation or change terms for your selected dates and rate confirmed in writing. To request a change or cancellation after booking, contact the hotel promptly and include your reservation reference.

Any refund agreed for a direct booking is handled through the payment provider. The time for it to appear can depend on the provider and card issuer. For a reservation made through another travel website, follow that website’s instructions and the conditions attached to your reservation.

Restaurant and other requests

A restaurant table request is not confirmed until the restaurant team contacts you. Table availability, visit times, menu items and special arrangements should be confirmed directly with the team.

Tour and sightseeing enquiries are subject to the options and availability for your dates. Any service arranged separately from your room reservation may have its own details and conditions; please confirm them with the provider before you commit.
